Muscle Body Nutrition in Europe has plenty of health and nutrition supplements in traditional formats like pills and powders, although it had yet to really dig deep into convenient items like bars, shots, and canned beverages. The brand has changed that up this month with the introduction of PWO Liquid, which is not on the market at the moment, but is rolling out across the markets where it has a strong presence shortly.
PWO Liquid isn’t a bulk supplement you can drink, nor is it some sort of full-sized ready-to-drink innovation. Muscle Body Nutrition’s latest effort is a pre-workout built to support energy and performance in a quick and convenient 60ml shot. The product doesn’t have a huge list of active ingredients, including B vitamins, a gram of taurine, a hefty 5g of beta-alanine, and, of course, caffeine, at a strong 400mg.
Muscle Body Nutrition’s PWO Liquid isn’t going to replace your complex pre-workout in flavored powder, although when you’re on the move and looking for something to use whenever and wherever you are, it’s a great way to go. It’s on par with an energy drink in terms of complexity, and you can purchase it in markets throughout Europe in Orange and Mango flavors, for around €4 (4.63 USD) each and in cases of 20.
