The formula behind Nexus Sports Nutrition’s pocket-sized Per4m Pre-Workout Shot has been revealed, and while it’s not as comprehensive as the original powder supplements Per4m and Per4m 2.0, it’s also not as light or underdosed as other shot products. The innovation comes squeezed into a 60ml bottle that you can twist the cap off and throw down in a single mouthful for moderate energy, a touch of pumps, and better performance.
Nexus Sports Nutrition has brought together all of the go-to pre-workout ingredients for its Per4m Pre-Workout Shot, although it kept the dosages on the smaller side, which is what you’d expect from a 60ml bottle. There is still quite a variety, including 1.2g each of citrulline malate for pumps and beta-alanine for endurance, a gram of taurine, theobromine, synephrine, calming theanine, focus-supporting n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, and 160mg of caffeine.
Again, the Per4m Pre-Workout Shot is not as comprehensive as Nexus Sport Nutrition’s original Per4m pre-workout or even its ready-to-drink spin-off, but it’s still a fair amount of power and variety in a single-sip drink. The compact and convenient supplement is going live this coming Thursday in the brand’s home country of Australia at a price of $60 (42 USD) for a case of 12 in Red Sour Straps, Sour Grape, and Blue Sour Razz flavors.
