Protein Pints teases what looks to be chocolate-covered protein ice cream on a stick

Protein Pints Teases Ice Cream Stick

The frozen functional food company Protein Pints, which is available in Target with its flagship pots of protein-packed ice cream, looks like it’s about to go down a whole new path of convenience and a similar approach to nutrition. For those not familiar with the brand, it squeezes in a respectable 30g of protein in a single-pint pot, a good amount of carbohydrates, fat, and sugar, and a calorie count that sits between 400 and 500, depending on the flavor.

Protein Pints has just put out a teaser image that, among many other things, features what appears to be someone opening a pocket-sized packet, and on that wrapper, you can see some sort of chocolate-covered treat. With everything put in front of us and knowing what Protein Pints is all about, it’s looking like the growing frozen functional specialist is about to drop a protein ice cream on a stick for a more convenient and alternative eating experience.

If we are indeed looking at Protein Pints Pops or Protein Pints Sticks, we’re guessing it’s putting its high-protein ice cream recipe on a stick, so packing a fair amount of protein, although that chocolate covering will play a part in taste, texture, and nutrition. The only other piece of information we have is that whatever the protein ice cream specialist has cooking, it’s going to become available or at least be completely revealed on Tuesday of next week.
