Quaker combines oats and whey for its bottled fill, shake and go innovation

Quaker Oat Shake And Go Protein

The oats legend, Quaker, has brought its signature, clean and nutritious source of carbohydrates into all sorts of different shapes, sizes, balances, and functionalities. With the rise of protein into mainstream, it’s no surprise that Quaker has been leaning into that, especially since it has the other macronutrient covered. Rolling out into stores shortly is a convenient oatmeal and protein solution, introducing Quaker Oat Shake & Go.

As you’d expect from Quaker when you say high-protein, the all-new Oat Shake & Go combines wholesome whole grain oats with two reliable sources of protein in whey isolate and calcium caseinate. There is also real fruit and flavoring ingredients, depending on which of the varieties you grab, with the nutrition profile led by a solid 23g of protein, an equal 23g of carbohydrates, under half of that sugar at 9g, and 170 calories.

The catch with Quaker Oat Shake & Go is that, despite looking like a beverage, it’s actually a powder supplement. The idea is that it comes in a bottle that you add water or milk to, and as per the title, you shake it up and go. There are two flavors launching for the balanced, protein-packed innovation with Strawberry & Banana and a more breakfast-suited Cinnamon Vanilla, available individually for just over $3.
