A few days ago, Gorilla Energy let out a teaser image that suggested the legacy energy drink company, heavily available in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, could be stepping away from its signature beverage format and into supplements. That has indeed turned out to be the case, and the brand hasn’t dropped just one or two products; it has come out with a full range of flavored and unflavored powder supplements for a variety of popular categories.
One of the more advanced items in the new line of supplements from the maker of the Gorilla Energy Drink is the Gorilla Ultimate Pre-Workout. It’s not supremely complex but a strong outing for a brand known for its functional beverages with 2.7g of beta-alanine for endurance, 257mg of taurine, and an underdosed 878mg of creatine monohydrate. Then, for energy and focus, you get 200mg of caffeine, 150mg of DMAE, 600mcg of synephrine, and 7.8mg of yohimbine.
Gorilla Ultimate Pre-Workout is just one of the handful of supplements the brand has brought to shelves, and it is a surprise move, as there aren’t many that have started in energy drinks and moved into this area, let alone done so with a full family of products. Gorilla Energy is immediately rolling out the selection across its core market of Russia, and we presume other regions where you can find its energy drink will be getting them too at some point.
