Convenient supplement brand Tidal puts over half a gram of electrolytes into a 4.5oz shot

Tidal Electrolyte Shot

Tidal entered the sports nutrition space with two creative protein innovations in the compact Protein Shot for quick, on-the-go nutrition and the larger Protein Refresher for those wanting a more traditional ready-to-drink experience that you can enjoy a little longer. Both products focus on clean nutrition, quality protein, and convenience, and now the brand is applying that same philosophy to a completely different category but in a similar format.

The all-new Tidal Electrolyte Shot is performance squeezed into a compact 4.5oz bottle, combining balanced electrolytes, more than 65 trace minerals, and real fruit ingredients for convenient daily replenishment. The debut flavor is PiƱa Colada, and it is made up of coconut milk, pineapple and watermelon powders, plus magnesium bisglycinate, potassium, and pink Himalayan salt, combining to provide 550mg of electrolytes for hydration.

Tidal’s newly released Electrolyte Shot is available now directly through the brand’s online store in packs of six, 12, or 24 bottles, starting at $30 and getting up to $88 for 24, working out to $3.66 each. If you’re after a hydration product that takes up minimal space while still delivering a well-rounded electrolyte and trace mineral formula, the Tidal innovation is worth checking out, and it’s a rarity, as you won’t find hydration as a shot in many places.
