Hydration was already a category All Stars competed in with its powder-format supplement also named Hydration Electrolytes. In the brand’s newest innovation, you get all of the same ingredients and benefits, but in a tablet that you drop into water for an effervescent drinking experience. Per serving or tablet, you get a combined 660mg of electrolytes to drive hydration, performance, and recovery, breaking down into 300mg of potassium, 140mg of sodium, 120mg of calcium, and 100mg of magnesium.
All Stars’ Hydration Electrolytes is a slightly more enjoyable experience versus mixing powder in a shaker or bottle, and it’s quite convenient, as they come in a tube that you can very easily throw in your gym bag and take with you on the go. The product has no sugar, carbohydrates, or calories, focusing entirely on electrolytes and hydration, and it is available in a solid 20 effervescent tablets in two flavors with Tropical and a citrusy Lemon, and the price on it is not all that high at €6.99 (8.07 USD).
