The multi vitamin to perfect your diet, Animal Pak

Multi-vitamins are a thing that I am personally not too much of a fan of. Multi Pro 32x from AST was one that on the muscles did have a hardness of sort. A good stack that always is recommended for weight loss is the thermo complex mixed with a multi. Animal Pak and Cuts. MuscleTech Vitakic and Hydroxycut. Muscle Pharm Shred Matrix and Armour V. The Animal Pak is a highly recommended supp. So out of all the vitamins to give a go this was one I thought was worth giving a round.

As mentioned I had muscle hardening when my body skimmed down to a low 7%. At a regular 10%+ I was relying on this for extra recovery. Muscle strength gains. Not so. Unlike most others, Optimum range, Opti-Men and even Multi Paks. Urine was brighter than the damn sun. Smell was overwhelming. Animal Pak was not as clear as day but did not force me to want to go toilet within 30 minutes of dosing. For the amount of pills I would have expected the colouring and sort of side effects to be much more. All I can say is Animal Pak have got the perfect combination.

It is quite expensive but for the doses and pills that it offers it is giving the body exactly what it needs. The bonus for those who want to perfect their dietary needs. Each pill is a complex. Listed on the back as with all Animal Paks. For this one, B complex, lipotropic tab, C complex, vitamin E, mineral, liver, aminos, mega T, vitamin A and D, ginseng and digestive aid. Go to google and look up the fully listed pill, ‘table of contents’. So for those who are already getting too much of one, take that pill out. The bonus for other supps like the cuts is later in the afternoon take out the caffeine/stimulant pill to save on the late nights. So over all nothing too many pros on this although for the health goers this vitamin is the perfect one to get the diet spot on. AST’s multi pro did hold the crown but it has now been handed down to the convenience of the Animal Pak
