Optimum Nutrition have not released anything new this year, the only updates they have made were a few flavors and sizes. Just recently they started up a campaign with a series of sponsored athlete videos. The one thing you can take away from them is that the product they are talking about will be a pre-workout. ON’s only gift to the industry in that department is AmiN.O. Energy which goes well with most other supplement windows but struggles to compete with today’s (PWO) concentrates and fully dosed formulas. Based on what the brand usually goes with, it should be packed with natural ingredients. Look out for things like citrulline, beta alanine, caffeine, high B12 and the ever popular arginine.
