The brand of few supplements Body Fortress, have added a new ready-to-go item to their range. Energy Protein Bar may have protein in it’s name, but do not be fooled. The Energy part of the title is in block for a reason. Each bar packs an exceptionally low protein count of 8g, with it’s carbs doing most of the work at 25g, 11 of that sugar. The Body Fort product will be available in two flavors, chocoate cookie crisp and peanut butter caramel.
