Last month Giant Sports started teasing the release of their new pre-workout supplement Metabolic Bioshock. Over the past few weeks we have seen the brand take the product from a blurred undetailed image all the way up to full reveal of it’s packaging and highlights. On top of the announcements from Giant, in August we were handed a working facts panel of the supplement that gave us an indication of what to expect from the energizer. The keyword there being ‘working’, which we can now follow up on as Giant Sports have given us Bioshock’s final list of ingredients. Compared to the first label we saw, there have been some minor changes, five to be exact. A vitamin C dose has been introduced, the magnesium has been bumped up from 10mg to 40, creatine magnapower from 125mg to 500, creatine monohydrate down from 1375mg to 1000, and the trademarked ingredient Stilbenox from 50mg to 35.
