Kai Greeene confirms he will not be competing at this year’s Olympia

dynamik

It turns out we don’t need to wait for the 2015 Mr. Olympia athletes meeting on Wednesday as late last night Kai Greene officially announced whether or not he’ll be competing this weekend. While some were saying the unsigned contract and removal from posters still meant the Predator would be taking the stage, Kai’s official announcement does in fact confirm the opposite. In a very emotional video covering the topic Kai mentions several times that he will not be in the Olympia this year.

When we say emotional we really mean it, as the nine and a half minute video originally shared on social media sees Kai Greene break down over the whole thing. For those wondering just why the face of Dynamik Muscle won’t be on stage for 2015, all Kai says about that is that there’s a lot going on behind the scenes and that he can’t go into detail on it. Even if you’re not a fan of the Predator you can’t help but feel for him, as whatever it is that’s happened it definitely sounds like it was out of his hands.

You can see the full announcement video below, and as Kai Greene says make sure you still tune in to the Olympia and support the sport of bodybuilding, as well as be on the look out for more big things from him and his new brand Dynamik Muscle.
