Everything you need to know about Core Grow now available

Over the past few months we’ve heard bits and pieces about Core Nutritionals’ upcoming whole food based mass gainer Core Grow. We’ve mentioned some of its macros as well as confirmed some of its protein and carbohydrate sources, but never had or posted the whole lot. In preparation for Core Grow’s release, which is expected to go down very soon, today we have everything you need to know about the supplement from carbs and calories to flavors and sizes.

Starting with the macros, per serving Core Grow features 40g of protein with whey concentrate as its only protein source. You then have 80g of carbohydrates (10g fiber, 9g sugar) from the product’s Bro-Blend of oatmeal, quinoa and sweet potato flour, 10g of fat (3.5g saturated) from the Core Phat Blend of coconut oil, avocado and MCT oil powder, and lastly a total of 570 calories. Another thing worth highlighting in Core Grow is its digestive enzyme blend featuring protease 1 and 11, amylases, lipase and lactase.

When it comes to flavors for Core Grow, it appears that the supplement will be launching in just two with S’Mores and the recipe Core MRP fans will be familiar with, Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie. As for sizes only the one 5lb tub has been confirmed so far, which fits in a total of 15, 148g servings.

The wait is now on for Core Nutritionals’ to release the product, something that is expected to happen anytime soon. The brand previously said Core Grow would be dropping not too long after Core Zzz arrives, a launch that actually went down just over 10 days ago.
