It’s not necessarily the macros that make it more fitting for female lifters, but the extras that the brand has thrown in on top. Its nutrition balance is fairly common with each serving packing 16g of protein, 2g of carbohydrates (1g sugar), 1.5g of fat (0.5g saturated), and an obviously low calorie total of 90.
The extra features Six Star has added to its 100% Whey Protein For Her include a veggie and fruit blend of spinach, broccoli, and blueberry, the patented GanedenBC30 probiotic, and added flaxseed oil for omega-3s. It’s essentially a more complete formula, or at least compared to your typical protein competitor.
