Muscletech has just unveiled the second spin-off of its amino competitor Amino Build, called Amino Build Ripped. As you could probably guess by the name, the new supplement is a weight loss infused version. The brand has basically combined the power of the regular Amino Build with a handful of fat burning ingredients.
Just as Muscletech did for its first Amino Build spin-off Amino Build Energized, everything from the original has been kept the same and carried over to Amino Build Ripped except for one ingredient. The product still features 4g of BCAAs at the usual 2:1:1 ratio, half a gram each of glutamine, alanine, and taurine, as well as an electrolyte blend. The one ingredient missing from Amino Build Ripped is the 1.25g of betaine, which can be found in both Amino Build and Amino Build Energized.

In place of the removed betaine, as mentioned Muscletech has included a handful of fat burning ingredients in Amino Build Ripped. On top of all the other features, the supplement packs 250mg of carnitine l-tartrate, 200mg green coffee bean, and 50mg of rose hip. For a little extra energy the brand has also thrown in the one ingredient that makes Amino Build Energized what it is, with 50mg of caffeine. The overall combination has essentially been designed to do pretty much everything the regular Amino Build does as well as help with weight loss and energy.
Despite squeezing in a few more ingredients than either of Muscletech’s other Amino Builds, Amino Build Ripped does still pack the usual amount of servings with a total of 30. Unfortunately, it does lose out in the flavor department, as instead of coming in four flavors like both the others, it has just the one in Peach Mango.
