Scitec introduces Shake & Wait, shake it up then wait half an hour

scitec shake and wait

Just as it did last year, Scitec Nutrition has brought some new supplements with it to Cologne, Germany, for this year’s FIBO expo. One of those supplements is a rather unique product called Shake & Wait, which is promoted as a 2 in 1 weight loss shake and pudding.

From what we understand, Scitec’s new Shake & Wait is a somewhat straightforward protein powder that’s high in fiber and protein, with added lactase enzymes and no added sugar. Its point of difference comes in how it’s served, as the supplement directs users to shake it up then put it aside for half an hour and wait until it sets into a pudding.

It is worth mentioning that you don’t have to wait for the product to set, as we were told it could also be used as just a regular, immediate protein drink. Scitec Shake & Wait does come in boxes of 10, 55g serving sachets, with what looks to be two different flavors squeezed inside with White Chocolate Coconut and Dark Chocolate Coconut.
