Efectiv Nutrition has launched its new edible supplement this month, the delicious looking two piece protein bar Dual. The product was initially put on show at this year’s BodyPower Expo in Birmingham back in May, then just a few weeks ago was finally, completely unveiled.
Previously we didn’t know a whole lot about the Efectiv Dual Protein Bar, with only its name and flavors revealed, and no macros. We can now confirm that each pack contains two bars and provides 18g of protein from a blend of whey and milk protein, a low 7.5g of carbohydrates with 1.2g of that sugar, 8.2g of fiber, 8.8g of fat (3.7g saturated), and a total of 195 calories.
