Ghost’s pre-workout Ghost Legend is the product that’ll be a little bit different compared to the US version for both Australia and New Zealand. Due to the regulations in the area the lifestyle brand had to remove the stimulant rauwolfia typically used as a source of yohimbine.
Fortunately, being the reliable brand that Ghost is, it hasn’t just removed rauwolfia from Ghost Legend and left it at that. It has replaced the stimulant with synephrine at the maximum amount it was allowed and also bumped up the dose of caffeine.
