Adaptogen is going to expand its family of Tasty protein products next month with something a little bit different. At the moment the brand’s family consists of three protein powders with Tasty Whey, the gourmet flavored Tasty Whey Deluxe, and the whey isolate formula Tasty ISO.

What is it

Launching sometime this March from Adaptogen is Tasty Crunch, which is the first protein bar release for the brand’s Tasty protein line. Tasty Crunch is a high protein snack powered by whey protein and featuring a typical nutrition profile.

The build of Tasty Crunch does appear to be somewhat similar to other protein bars on the market. It features a main, whey protein packed core, and is then topped off with a sweet solid chocolate coating filled with crispy pieces to give it the “Crunch” in its name.

Nutrition profile

Each of Adaptogen’s Tasty Crunch protein bars provides 18g of protein, 15g of carbohydrates with 3g of that fiber and 4g sugar, 9g of fat (5g saturated), for a total of 200 calories. The product also promotes a few bonus benefits including that it’s gluten-free, naturally flavored, and has zero trans fat.

As mentioned, Adaptogen plans on launching its protein bar Tasty Crunch sometime next month. When it arrives fans will be able to get it in the one Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor, with adaptogenscience.com expected to be one of the first places stocking it.
