Silverback releases its competitively priced Guardian Vegan Protein

One year ago, the small but growing supplement company Silverback Nutraceuticals, had just the one product available with the powerful pre-workout, Guardian Black Mass Attack. Over the past 12 months, the brand has expanded into a number of new categories, with this week bringing its first entry into the competitive protein market.

Being the rather different brand that it is, Silverback’s new protein powder isn’t your typical, straightforward whey formula. The supplement is called Guardian Vegan Protein, confirming one of its biggest features right in its name which is that it is a plant-based protein product.

Each serving of Silverback’s new Guardian Vegan Protein is led by 20g of protein from a blend of pea isolate protein, brown rice protein, and quinoa. It also features an added 400mg of MCT oil and an antioxidant blend including cranberry, acai berry, pomegranate, and strawberry.

Silverback has already made its first ever protein powder available through its online store at silverbacknutra.com. For a plant-based protein, the brand has actually priced Guardian Vegan Protein quite competitively at $24.99 for a 28 serving tub in two flavors, Chocolate or Vanilla.
