Just last week the functional food company Enlightened added a new flavor to its Ice Cream Bar menu with the previously released pint option, Cookies & Cream. This week the brand is back with another new flavor, although this time it is an entirely new creation for its regular pint Ice Cream.
The all-new flavor from Enlightened is a hybrid recipe called Marshmallow Peanut Butter, combining marshmallow ice cream with peanut butter swirls. It has a nutrition profile almost identical to the brand’s Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream with per serving, 7g of protein, 4.5g of fat, 12g of carbohydrates, and a total of 90 calories.
