Last month BSN added two new flavor options to its delicious Rice Krispie style protein bar, Protein Crisp. We actually got to review one of the two with the Cold Stone Creamery collaboration, Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip, which pushed the product into our list of top five protein bars.
Pictures have now been released of another option coming soon to BSN’s top-rated Protein Crisp. The new addition is actually the first ever limited edition, seasonal flavor we’ve seen for the product with the Christmassy creation, Candy Cane Protein Crisp.
The macros on this one will be around the same as BSN’s eight other protein bar flavors, leading with a strong 20g of protein. That is followed by 25g of carbohydrates with 5g of that sugar and 6g of sugar alcohols, 5g of fat (4g saturated), and a total of 230 calories.
We have yet to see any word of when the BSN Candy Cane Protein Crisp will launch, although we do know it’ll be available on Amazon. As mentioned, the product is a limited edition, seasonal release and is said to only be around for the holidays.
