The Birdie Bar from Parform is a low sugar protein bar packing 18g of protein from a blend of soy isolate, whey concentrate, and wheat isolate protein. The rest of the product’s nutrition profile includes 25g of carbohydrates with 3g of that fiber and 4g sugar, 9g of fat (5g saturated), and 230 calories.
What makes Parform a different kind of sports nutrition brand is that it isn’t marketed alongside the usual sports or bodybuilders. Parform is a golf only sports nutrition and lifestyle brand which is made very clear on all of its social media platforms, as well as with its list of athletes and coaches that are all golfers.
