Protein Nature Bites is an upcoming high protein snack from Optimum Nutrition that has now had all of its macro and ingredient details released. The interesting new product is gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan-friendly, as well as free of artificial flavors and sweetened with monk fruit and stevia.

While we have yet to get an actual look at Protein Nature Bites, Optimum Nutrition has shared a delicious sounding description. The veteran brand’s vegan-friendly snack has two pieces per pack and is said to be “confection-inspired” and feature a “whipped center dipped in a vegan dark chocolate coating.”

The nutrition profile on Optimum Nutrition Protein Nature Bites starts with a strong 14g of protein per two bites from a plant-based blend of hydrolyzed pea, brown rice, and sacha inchi protein. The vegan product’s other macros include 26g of carbohydrates with 6g of that sugar and 5g fiber, 7g of fat, and 210 calories.

We’re not sure when Optimum Nutrition plans on releasing its Protein Nature Bites, although we imagine it is soon, as it already has a listing over at Campus Protein. The protein snack is coming in four flavors with Chocolate Truffle, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, Mint Chocolate, and Chocolate Coconut.
