Real Good Foods introduces its high protein, low carbohydrate cannelloni

The innovative functional food company Real Good Foods who can be found in a number of US supermarkets such as Walmart, has introduced another creative product this week. Now available from the brand are Real Good Italian Entrees which continue its theme of healthy, high protein and low carbohydrate foods made using simple ingredients.

Like all of the brand’s creations, the new Real Good Italian Entrees sound and look absolutely delicious. You can purchase them directly from its online store at realgoodfoods.com starting at $8.33 per box when buying six and going as low as $4.99 when grabbing 24. There is also a special launch sale available where the coupon “Italian” will get you $10 off.

What the Real Good Italian Entrees are exactly is protein packed cannelloni, featuring a wrap made of chicken and parmesan with more cheese stuffed in the middle. There are two flavors, one with ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella in the center topped with marinara sauce, and another with the same three cheeses plus rib meat and chicken in the middle, and alfredo sauce on top.

Due to each flavor of the Real Good Italian Entrees having a different filling, their macros are also quite a bit different. The Chicken Parmesan has 19g of protein in each of its two cannelloni per pack, while the Chicken Alfredo has 27g. The other Parmesan and Alfredo macros are 12g and 8g of carbohydrates respectively, just 2g of sugar, 11g and 12g of fat, and a total of 220 and 260 calories.
