VPX Sports previews a new version of its pre-workout Shotgun 5X

VPX Sports, the maker of the popular and widely available Bang Energy drink, has announced and previewed an all-new pre-workout supplement. The upcoming product is, in fact, a new version of the brand’s currently available Shotgun 5X featuring an updated look and a formula backed by three university studies.

The full formula behind VPX Sports’ new Shotgun 5X has yet to be revealed, although we do know it is much lighter than its predecessor. A whole tub of the pre-workout tips the scales at a solid 390 to 406g compared to the current Shotgun 5X at a significantly heavier 574g. While that is a big weight difference, the supplement still has plenty of room for a well-dosed combination of ingredients.

Fans of VPX Sports can look forward to seeing the updated Shotgun 5X in stores in two flavors with Mango Bango, and an option from the previous Shotgun menu in Wild Grape. The company’s CEO Jack Owoc says stores and stockists can now call its distribution partner Europa to pre-order and secure its upcoming pre-workout supplement.
