The Triple Stack Bar from Myprotein, is on the larger side of things weighing in at a hefty 88g and packing a higher than usual 30g of protein from whey. The product also provides 27g of carbohydrates with 6g of that sugar and 2g fiber and 16g of fat with 9g of that saturated fat, all for a total of 380 calories.
