The German supplement company Body Attack has come out with an all-new, and rather unique protein snack called Protein Bites. While the name of the product may make it sound pretty straightforward, it is far from that, being a box of bite-sized, protein-packed chocolate treats.
Body Attack’s Protein Bites are delicious chocolate-coated pieces in the shape of a traditional peanut shell. The peanut theme continues on the inside of the pieces, as under the sweet layer of chocolate is a peanut butter filling. The Protein Bites look and sound absolutely delicious, and their macros aren’t too bad either.
An entire box of Body Attack’s Protein Bites comes with three of the chocolate-coated treats, each packing just under 5g of protein at 4.8g. The creative new snack’s other nutrition numbers include 6.7g of carbohydrates with only half a gram of that sugar, and 3.7g of fat, for a total of 79 calories.
The Protein Bites are now available from Body Attack’s online store at the low price of €1.49 (1.64 USD) per box, which is not too surprising considering you only get three bite-sized pieces.
