All-new Maximuscle snack is a resealable bag full of bite-sized protein pieces

maximuscle protein bites

The legacy UK brand Maximuscle has introduced an all-new protein snack this week with a resealable bag of bite-sized treats. The product is appropriately called Protein Bites, which weighs in at 110g per bag and comes with ten, 11g bites, and two delicious flavors to choose from in Cookies & Cream and Millionaires Shortbread.

Each one of Maximuscle’s Protein Bites, bites, provides 4g of protein, meaning if you put away the entire bag, you’ll be taking in a combined total of 40g of protein. The other macros you get from a whole bag of Protein Bites are 36g of carbohydrates with 3g of that sugar, 8g each of fiber and fat, and finally, 360 calories.

It is worth mentioning that the macros of the new Protein Bites, are around the same as Maximuscle’s protein bar when worked on to the same weight. 55g of either item comes with 20g of protein, 6g of fat in the protein bar compared to the Bites’ 4g, with about the same sugar at 1.7g for the Bites, and only 2g difference in the carbs.

A few other similarities between Maximuscle’s Protein Bites and its Protein Bar is that they both rely on milk and whey protein to give them that high amount of Protein. The Protein Bites’ two flavors, word for word, are also both available for the UK brand’s Protein Bar alongside just one other option in Peanut Butter.

You can grab Maximuscle’s resealable Protein Bites starting this week through its website at £25 (32.66 USD) for a set of six bags in either of its Cookies & Cream and Millionaires Shortbread flavors. The brand is running a sale at the moment as well, where you can save 30% using the coupon “GETREAL30”, and drop the Bites to £17.50
