Diet MRP is the newest supplement from the legacy company CNP, which as per its title, is indeed a meal replacement shake. The product features a relatively balanced nutrition profile starting with 26g of protein per serving alongside 19.3g of carbohydrates with 2.4g of sugar, a low 1.9g of fat, 2g of fiber, and a total of 203 calories.
Like most nutrition supplements, the macros of CNP’s Diet MRP do vary slightly across its three flavors with Milk Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and the only fruity option on the menu, in Strawberry. The product relies on whey concentrate, soy isolate, calcium caseinate, and milk isolate to give it that high protein, with maltodextrin being the primary source of carbs.
CNP has also thrown a few extra ingredients into Diet MRP to make it a more comprehensive meal solution. The UK-based brand has added in the DigeZyme multi-enzyme blend to improve absorption of the supplement, as well as 13 different vitamins, all dosed at 100% of their recommended daily value.
