Muscle Nation goes with a peanut powered formula for its vegan protein competitor

The Australian apparel brand Muscle Nation recently released a superfood formula for its growing family of supplements named ‘Daily Greens’. Also this month, the team has introduced yet another protein powder with ‘Plant Protein’, which of course, separates itself from the brand’s other proteins Custard and Protein, by being plant-based.

Muscle Nation’s first vegan-friendly protein powder is actually quite interesting as its sources of protein vary across each of its all-natural flavors. The product provides 20g of protein per serving, with peanut protein being its primary source. Its other macros are 3 to 4.5g of fat, 3 to 4.5g of carbohydrates with 2.5 to 3.5g of that sugar, and a calorie count between 123 and 139.

As mentioned, the protein sources in Muscle Nation Plant Protein vary from flavor to flavor. There are four tastes in total with Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Nut Muffin, which are now available. The other two are Chocolate and Peanut Butter, which are listed on the brand’s website, however, they’ve yet to be released in full-size bags.

Where Muscle Nation mixes things up with Plant Protein is that in its non-peanut flavors Chocolate and Banana Nut Muffin, the protein comes from two additional ingredients. Both of those flavors still feature peanut protein as their primary source, but there are also the more common plant protein ingredients in there with pea and rice protein.

Muscle Nation’s Plant Protein is now available to order through its website, in two of its four flavors, as touched on earlier, with Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Nut Muffin. You can get one 16 serving bag at $49.99 (30.84 USD), or if you grab two or three, you can save $10 at $40 (24.68 USD) each in your choice of flavors.
