The newest addition to the menu of Enlightened’s keto-friendly ice cream is Peanut Butter Cookie and Brownie Dough, which has been put together in partnership with the popular food website Delish. It is a mouthwatering mix of vanilla ice cream, a swirl of peanut butter, chunks of peanut butter cookie dough and brownie dough, and chocolate chips.
As amazing as the Enlightened and Delish collaboration sounds, it still keeps within the product’s keto-style nutrition profile. Each single pint tub packs a moderate 16g of protein, a high amount of fat at 72g, and a low amount of net carbohydrates with 800 calories. The carb breakdown is 52g of carbs with 12g of that fiber and 36g sugar alcohols for 4g of net carbs.
