Hefty dose of taurine replaces GABA in SINOB’s newest version of Cazzzein

sinob cazzzein

The German brand Sh*t Is Not Your Business or more simply referred to as SINOB, has revamped its nighttime, casein-based protein powder Cazzzein. The supplement isn’t intended for nighttime just because of the type of protein it uses but because it comes with additional ingredients to help you get you to sleep and improve your quality of sleep.

Just like its predecessor, SINOB’s newest Cazzzein gets all of its protein from slow-digesting micellar casein, although this time it has 24g of protein per serving as opposed to 21g. As for the ingredients to support sleep, those have changed around a bit as well, with the sequel version featuring 600mg of added tryptophan and 200mg of theanine.

Fans of the original Cazzzein may remember SINOB also included the classic sleep ingredient GABA in the nighttime protein powder, which has been removed and replaced by taurine at 6g. We have asked the brand if the taurine is counted towards the total protein, as when you add that 6g and the macros together, it does equal more than the 30g serving size.

The other nutrition numbers in SINOB’s new Cazzzein, alongside that 24g of protein, are a light 360mg of fat, 2.1g of carbohydrates with less than a gram of that sugar, and 109 calories. You can grab the updated casein protein through the German brand’s website in 750g bags for €24.90 (27.32 USD) and in Chocolate Dream and Vanilla Cloud flavors.
