The brand’s latest product initially sounds like an electrifying pre-workout, however that is not quite the case, as Workout Electro is actually an electrolyte formula, created to support hydration and performance.
WellAware Nutrition’s newest supplement comes with a blend of electrolytes to improve hydration, as well as coconut water powder, with no exact details on how much of everything is in the product. The supplement does come in powder form so you can throw it in your bottle and drink during your workout or intense exercise, but with only one flavor to choose from in Lemon.
