European functional brand Foodspring did already have a nice variety of flavors available for its simply named ‘Foodspring Protein Bar’, with both traditional and not-so-traditional options. The protein snack packs the usual 20g of protein per bar and a lean 204 calories, and comes in Chocolate Brownie, Cookie Dough, Hazelnut Cream, and the fruity flavors in Strawberry Yogurt and Mango Milkshake.
Foodspring has expanded Protein Bar’s menu this week, although not with a flavor that’s too different from what it already had. The new addition to the product’s lineup is Chocolate Muffin, which is of course, a chocolate flavor similar to Chocolate Brownie. It has roughly the same nutrition profile, but a potentially different consistency, as the brand says it’s true to its name and is as fluffy as a muffin.
Like Foodspring’s other five flavors of Protein Bar, you can grab the new Chocolate Muffin from its website at €2.49 (2.96 USD) for a single bar or essentially buy ten and get two free with a box of 12 at €24.99 (29.75 USD).
