Highkey is back this week with news of another creative functional product, this time for its family of low carbohydrate, keto-friendly baking mixes. The brand already has plenty of tasty items in this area, including Pancake and Waffle Mix, Blondie Baking Mix, and, more recently, Biscuit Mix. Soon to also be included in that lineup is Cake and Muffin Baking Mix.
Like all of Highkey’s functional baking products, Cake and Muffin Baking Mix explains itself right in its name, being a powder mix to create your own low carbohydrate, keto-friendly cakes and muffins. The nutrition profile on a serving of the upcoming item is just a gram of sugar, with 2g of net carbohydrates, gluten and grain-free, and in the one zesty flavor.
Highkey is looking to get its ninth baking mix on the market shortly, through its online store at highkey.com, in the one Lemon flavor. All of the brand’s current mixes cost around $20 to $22 per two bags, so we imagine the Cake and Muffin Baking Mix will fall into the area as well.
