5% Nutrition powers its Shake Time protein with beef, chicken and egg

5 percent nutrition shake time

5% Nutrition Shake Time is a more protein-focused supplement compared to the brand’s other nutrition products such as Real Carbs and Real Carbs + Protein. It is a traditional protein powder of sorts, with its main ingredients being various sources of protein to provide a solid 26g of protein per serving; however, those sources are not your typical whey.

5% Nutrition has actually taken many of the real food protein sources in Real Carbs + Protein, and put them into Shake Time, without, of course, all of the carbohydrates from oats, rice, and sweet potato. The ingredients the brand relies on to power that 26g of protein mentioned above are HydroBeef hydrolyzed beef, whole egg, and chicken protein.

The rest of 5% Nutrition’s Shake Time macros are quite lean, like most protein powders, with 2.5g of fat, 2g of carbohydrates, no sugar, and a calorie count of 130. There are two flavors to choose from for the real food supplement in Vanilla Cinnamon and a classic Chocolate, which are both available from the brand’s website at $44.99 a 25 serving tub.
