It was only one month ago that European retailer and supplement brand Body & Fit jumped on the refreshing, fruit-flavored protein trend with Juicy Whey Isolate. Like most other products that have followed the path, Juicy Whey Isolate is a lean, whey isolate-based supplement that comes in a variety of fruity flavors, including Mango, Pear, and a unique Lingonberry.
This month, Body & Fit has done what we saw Myprotein do with its fruity whey isolate, and that is, introduce a plant-based spin-off. The brand has just dropped Juicy Vegan Protein, a fruit-flavored product powered by plant protein sources. Each two-scoop serving of the supplement provides 20g of protein from hydrolyzed pea protein, with a lean 108 calories.
Body & Fit’s Juicy Vegan Protein is plant-based but not all-natural, relying on the artificial sweetener sucralose. As for the flavors of the product, there are two, and they are indeed fruity with Tropical and Peach Ice Tea. You can purchase them directly from Body & Fit’s online store at €23.90 (29.06 USD) for a small tub of ten servings with 20g of protein in each.
