Myprotein is back again, following up the many stories we’ve shared from the international brand over the past couple of weeks with details of another on-the-go, functional product. This time around, the new item from Myprotein is the Bioactive Bar, which is a high-protein snack in the traditional bar format, with the bioactive part being the addition of probiotics.
The Bioactive Bar aims to provide fans with a balanced nutrition profile, led by 15g of protein, alongside 13g of carbohydrates, 2.4g of that sugar, 10g of fat, and a total of 211 calories. As mentioned, Myprotein has also added a blend of probiotics to the product, hence the name, to improve and support overall gut health and digestion, all in the one, on-the-go snack.
As per usual, the latest from Myprotein can be purchased directly through its international online store at myprotein.com. The brand has set the price of its Bioactive Bar at £22.99 (32.53 USD) for a box of a dozen. When it comes to flavors, there are just two available at the moment in Chocolate Caramel and something a bit more fruity in Yogurt & Red Fruit.
