GN Labs mixes tried and true creatine monohydrate and more bioavailable TeraCaps

gn labs creatine monohydrate teracaps

German house brand GN Labs from the retailer Gigas Nutrition has a new creatine supplement this month, and like most other products with creatine as the main ingredient, it is straightforward. Creatine Monohydrate TeraCaps is the latest from GN, which costs €17.90 (21.08 USD) and takes tried and true creatine monohydrate and puts it into advanced and premium TeraCaps.

The TeraCaps in GN Labs Creatine Monohydrate TeraCaps is what makes the supplement a little bit more special, as they aim to improve the bioavailability of the creatine. The dose in the product is much lower than the usual 5g of creatine monohydrate, sitting under half at 2.2g, although with 100 servings a bottle or 200 capsules, there is room to double the serving to 4.4g.
