While Christmas is still a few months away, three to be exact, Grenade is already in the spirit of the season and has made its Gingerbread Carb Killa Protein Bar available for purchase through its website. The product features a gingerbread-flavored nougat center topped with gooey salty caramel and dark chocolate chips, and all wrapped in a layer of realistic milk chocolate.
The macros on Grenade’s returning Gingerbread Carb Killa Protein Bar are much the same as its many other delicious flavors, packing 20g of protein, only 1.7g of sugar, and around 210 to 220 calories.
