Russian company Bombbar already had two protein-packed pancake snacks in its lineup, one for its own Bombbar lineup and the other under its more flavor-focused brand Chikalab. The back-to-back Functional Brand Of The Year has now released another pancake format snack similar to those other two for the sub-brand it introduced in 2021 with Snaq Fabriq.
The theme with Snaq Fabriq and its growing number of snacks and treats, is it’s more focused on flavor like Chikalab but less interested in packing in more protein. Snaq Fabriq is a line of healthy, alternative foods, and that is seen in the new Snaq Fabriq Pancake. It has the same build as Bombbar’s other pancakes, with a flavorful gooey center inside a soft pancake.
The nutrition profile in the Snaq Fabriq Pancake is, as mentioned, less about protein with 2.8g per pancake, 9g of carbohydrates, no sugar, 5.2g of fat, and a calorie count just under 100. Typically with less protein comes better taste and texture, and since Bombbar’s other pancakes were already enjoyable, we have to imagine this one will be a whole lot better.
The Snaq Fabriq Pancake is available in three flavors, Delicate Chocolate, Soft Caramel, and Raspberry Jam, with each of those delivering its title taste in that gooey-filled pocket inside the pancake. You can grab the latest Bombbar creation from its Russian website for an extremely reasonable 550₽ for a box of ten, which is only 55₽ (0.69 USD) a pancake.
