Halo Top has already been featured here at Stack3d twice this week, firstly with the introduction of its all-new and undoubtedly sweet fruit sorbet, then again for its sprinkle-filled protein ice cream. To close out the week, we have one more bit of news to share from the creative functional food company, and it actually involves a number of items.
There are two new flavors from Halo Top, separate from the aforementioned Chocolate Cake Batter ice cream, and they’ve been put together for the brand’s keto ice cream pints and pops. Halo Top’s keto-friendly ice cream is high in fat and low in net carbohydrates, like traditional keto foods, and it has an amazing realistic creaminess to it.
Halo Top’s newest options for those two products, both of which now have the flavors available, are Mint Chocolate Cookie and Turtle Cheesecake. Mint Chocolate Cookie is mint chocolate ice cream with cookie crumbs throughout, and Turtle Cheesecake is a cheesecake ice cream with swirls of chocolate and caramel, and crunchy pecan pieces.
Turtle Cheesecake certainly sounds like the more adventurous flavor of Halo Top’s two new releases, and while Halo Top’s keto ice cream and pops both have those descriptions above, the pops take it a step further and wrap the ice cream in chocolate.
