Auro-7 PWO may have come after Aware Nutrition’s original pre-workout simply named Aware Pre-Workout, but it is the brand’s more advanced and premium competitor in the saturated category. Aura-7 PWO was reformulated and relaunched in 2021 with a much-improved set of ingredients, including highlights such as 9g of pure citrulline, 4g of beta-alanine, a high-energy 400mg of caffeine, and 1.5g of tyrosine.
The downside to Aware Nutrition’s well-rounded and respectably dosed Aura-7 PWO is that previously it had just one flavor on its menu in the candy-themed Sour Blast. Almost nine months after it was re-released with that better formula, the Swedish brand has added another flavor to its menu, or really creating a menu as it is the supplement’s second-ever option with the refreshing berry-based taste, Berry Explosion.
