Gorilla doesn’t put a lot in its pump-specific Ultimate Pump Complex pre-workout

Gorilla Ultimate Pump Complex

Over the last few days, we’ve been breaking down the all-new collection of supplements from Gorilla Energy, a huge step for the long-running energy drink company as it takes it into a whole new industry. We’ve highlighted Ultimate Pre-Workout, Ultimate Mass Gainer, and now Gorilla Ultimate Pump Complex, another pre-workout, although unlike Pre-Workout, this one is primarily about enhancing muscle pumps, as per the name, but also touches on a few other benefits.

Driving that title-mentioned benefit of pumps, Gorilla Ultimate Pump Complex has a supremely underdosed 340mg of citrulline, half a gram of betaine, and 1.34g of arginine AAKG, as well as 2.5g of beta-alanine with 800mg of taurine to power performance. The energy drink company has also worked in a bit of creatine monohydrate for strength and power, albeit just 880mg of the classic ingredient, some electrolytes, and a bit of caffeine at 150mg per serving.

Gorilla Ultimate Pump Complex throws a bit of a surprise in there with the caffeine, as most pump pre-workouts or alternative pre-workouts differ by keeping stimulants out of the picture, although that’s not the case here. It is a rather light formula overall, except for maybe the arginine and beta-alanine; however, that won’t lead to the efficacy you get in the competitive pump pre-workouts you get here in the US. The second pre-workout from Gorilla Energy is available in its core country of Russia, and for what you get, it is expensive at ₽2,514 (32.25 USD) for a 30-serving tub.
