Japanese brand Be Legend has unveiled its first protein snack in the simply named Be Legend Protein Bar. It is actually quite a unique effort as it’s not just a product from the brand. The upcoming item, due to drop at the end of this week, is an authentic collaboration put together in partnership with the popular game, anime, and manga, Idolmaster SideM.
Be Legend has previously teamed up with Idolmaster SideM for a series of special edition flavors of its whey-based protein powder, including the likes of a smooth, creamy melon. The brand has themed the look and packaging of the Be Legend Protein Bar around Idolmaster SideM, and when it drops, you’ll be able to get it with a free SideM black or white tee.
Like those Idolmaster SideM collaboration protein powders, the Be Legend Protein Bar will have an intriguing flavor with a combination of citrusy orange and cookie dough. The product packs a moderate 10.6g of protein and relatively high calories considering how much protein you get at 190, so it’s far from the more common 20g of protein and 200 calories.
Once again, Be Legend is launching its collaborative Protein Bar put together with Idolmaster SideM this coming Friday through its online retail partner Real Style. The price of the product is rather competitive as a box will cost ¥6,980 (53.41 USD), and that box has 12 protein bars in each, double the usual 12, and you’ll get the free Idolmaster SideM tee.
