With the rise in popularity of creatine-powered supplements, many brands have come out with products in that area; in fact, just last week, Animal released two in Animal Creatine XL and Animal Creatine Chews. The UK brand Efectiv Nutrition has shared details on its answer to the trend, introducing its upcoming and advanced creatine-based muscle builder, Performance Creatine.
Efectiv Nutrition’s Performance Creatine will have a full 5g dose of tried and true creatine monohydrate to support muscle strength and size, although, as mentioned, it is a complex supplement, and that is far from all that’s in there. Alongside the creatine, the brand has included electrolytes to help with hydration, the premium performance-powering Senactiv at a solid 50mg a serving, and AstraGin to enhance absorption of everything.
Performance Creatine is essentially what it says in the name, with Efectiv Nutrition combining creatine to support strength, and electrolytes and the proven Senactiv for performance, hence, “Performance Creatine”. The brand is looking to launch the advanced creatine soon with the usual 30 servings a tub in three flavors; Black Cherry, Mango & Passionfruit, and Strawberry Kiwi.
