Xplosiv puts better dosages but still not a lot into its hybrid Ping Ripped

Xplosiv Ping Ripped

The New Zealand sports nutrition retailer and brand Xplosiv has taken its own brand of pre-workout in Ping, which was initially an energy drink, and created the hybrid spin-off, Ping Ripped. As you can probably gather from the name, Ping Ripped is a fat-burning pre-workout, combining some of the key features of the original supplement with ingredients to support weight loss.

The components Xplosiv has carried over from the Ping pre-workout to Ping Ripped are a reliable 3.2g of beta-alanine to support performance and 168mg of caffeine for energy. Those are not the same dosages as you get in the formula of the regular Ping product, but the same ingredients intended for the same benefits nonetheless, and alongside those are two more features.

Helping separate Ping Ripped from Ping is half a gram of acetyl-l-tyrosine for focus and a gram of acetyl-l-carnitine to enhance metabolism, with everything coming together for that hybrid pre-workout experience. Similar to the original pre-workout, Ping Ripped is not a loaded supplement, with very little in the formula next to some other fat-burning pre-workouts.

Ping Ripped does have better dosages than Xplosiv’s Ping pre-workout, but with only a few ingredients, although despite that, the price of the product is a lot more than the original. While Ping is $39.95 for a tub of 30 maximum servings, Ping Ripped is $59.95 (36.94 USD) with the same 30 servings, again, 50% more expensive, and it’s available in one of its five flavors with Tiki Punch.
