Enlightened has made its Greek Yogurt Bars with milk concentrate for extra protein, the low-calorie sugar alternative allulose, and the natural sweeteners stevia and monk fruit. The result is indeed a frozen Greek yogurt treat on a stick, weighing a sizeable 65g a piece and providing 5g of protein a piece, 16 to 17g of carbohydrates with 3 to 6g of that sugar and 7 to 8g net carbohydrates, a light 2g of fat, and 80 calories.
