Axe and Sledge is pricing its more balanced Intake pre-workout the same as DBAP

Price Of Axe And Sledge In Take Pre Workout

Over the weekend, Axe and Sledge Supplements completely revealed its next competitor for the saturated pre-workout category, introducing the more balanced and well-rounded Intake. Compared to its already available stimulant pre-workouts like Ignition Switch and Seventh Gear, Intake is designed to support a variety of effects, with less attention on stimulants. The brand has squeezed plenty of highlights into the product, including a solid 8g of citrulline, 50mg of our workout essential, Senactiv, and a reliable 300mg of combined caffeine.

Based on the description and teasers Axe and Supplements put out there, we thought Intake might be its take on the subcategory of premium pre-workouts, where you get that kitchen sink approach, formulated with a whole host of ingredients at a slightly higher price compared to a brand’s regular offerings. We’ve been able to confirm the cost of Intake, and it shows it is not quite that premium pre-workout; it is designed for the same sort of price point as its other stimulant pre-workouts like Seventh Gear and the high-powered Don’t Be A Pussy.

Axe and Sledge Supplements is launching Intake this Wednesday directly through its online store, and it is going to be a bit more than Seventh Gear but exactly the same as Don’t Be A Pussy or DBAP as it’s labeled at $49.99 for a tub of 20 maximum servings. The all-new Intake is essentially an alternative to the brand’s other pre-workouts; for those that as touched on earlier, want that balanced approach with a pre-workout that more evenly supports performance and pumps as well as the stimulating effects of increased energy and enhanced focus.
